Added support for Chinese (Traditional), Croatian, Russian, and Spanish.

* Safety.
Now XYplorer protects you from the so-called "Unitrix Exploit" where certain Unicode characters are used maliciously to disguise executables. To date, no other Windows file manager offers this protection.
